Standard session: $175 - Minimum 20 images
Twilight session: $275 - Standard session with additional images shot in the beautiful twilight hours to perfectly showcase the property.
Prices are for up to 3000 sq/ft. Add an additional $50 per 1000 sq/ft
$1 per mile added for distances over 25 miles.
Add drone images to either session: $100
Brokerage pricing available.
Architecture
Architecture Package: Starting at $500 (Pricing vary based on the scope of the job) - All the bells and whistles inside and out to make sure your property looks absolutely incredible.
Travel fees assessed on a per shoot basis.
Drone Imaging
Aerial Session - Photos Only: $150 - 7-10 images
Aerial Video Only Session: $200 - Edited 2-3 minute online video
Aerial Photos + Video: $275 - 7-10 images + 1-2 minute video
When added to real estate photo session: $50 off any of the above.
$1 per mile added for distances over 20 miles.
